Help Get Mama Back On The Road Again
Donation protected
On April 10, 2021 mamas (Lisa Bellomo) 1999 Honda CR-V was reported stolen to the San Francisco Police Department. After inquiring with a neighbor who’s vehicle had moved in to the parking space mamas car had previously occupied it is believed that the vehicle was stolen sometime in the early evening on April 09, 2021 at approximately 9:30-10:30 pm. The assumption is that the individual responsible for stealing her vehicle was assessing her behavioral patterns while awaiting for her vulnerability given the time of the evening the car was boosted. A very scary thought for anyone but especially a woman during these times. On April 11, 2021 mama was informed that her vehicle had been located by Oakland Police in a traffic stop and was impounded. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and placed in to custody. Mama and I went to the auto tow location to retrieve the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to be in reasonably good condition with the exception to the ignition which was compromised in the boost. After taking the vehicle to our trusted master mechanic at Excalibur Auto in San Francisco we were advised that the transmission had been blown out in the theft due to joyriding and excessive wear. Mama lost her job as the revered Marketing Director at the Cliff House in San Francisco due to the covid-19 pandemic and economic crisis. This is a terrible blow to her safety and mobility. Mama has a daughter, son in law, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren approximately 70 miles away from her. She also has a best friend/sister approximately 90 miles she was intending on spending great times with through the summer. Please help me in getting mama back on the road and in a safe capsule. I know times are tough on many but even a 5$ donation can really go a long way for this cause. I’d like to reach 4K but the sky is the limit. Let’s give back to a woman who has given so much to her family, friends and community. Sincerely, her son Joey Bravo
