I’m Lex, you might know me from the Scottish cosplay community or as half of bat and blossom cosplay!

For the last few years I’ve attended conventions while relying on a walking stick to get around.

It’s been hard, but I’ve pushed through because creating and connecting with the cosplay community means everything to me.

Recently, my mobility has declined to the point where a walking stick just isn’t enough some days.

Standing and walking for long periods leaves me in severe pain, and I’m having to face the reality that I now need my first wheelchair.

Having the extra help of a chair would make a huge difference to my daily life and make those bad days bearable.

Times are tough, so any help is massively appreciated but there’s no pressure!
