Please help us make a big difference to Lefke's life.

Lefke is 2 years old, she was rescued by Altin Patiler Dernegi an Animal Rescue Charity in North Cyprus, who Hope 4 Pets work with on a regular basis. Lefke was brought to AP's attention by one of their supporters, she was being chased by local people with rocks and sticks because they thought she was spreading disease, she had mange. She was also being attacked by other dogs as she was so young and vulnerable.

Lefke's whole body was covered in scars and bite wounds, under her neck the skin was hanging open. She was rescued just in time. She has been treated for manage and her horrific wounds and is fully recovered.

She has spent the last 7 months in paid kennels all funded by Altin Patiler Dernegi, waiting for an offer of a home, non came...........................................

Lefke's photo and appeal were posted to Hope 4 Pets and Adele, her new owner, saw the appeal, Adele knew she could give this girl a happy forever home.

Adele wanted to help another dog, one, who people would pass by for one reason or another, in memory of her beloved Zak another North Cyprus rescue who sadly recently passed away.
