On 3/29/2019 Koda began to throw up non-stop. After taking him to the vet multiple times it was clear that this was not just any regular stomach issue. We came to find out that he had 4 unknown items lodged in his stomach and small intestine. He was rushed into an emergency surgery but unfortunately, one of the items cut through his small intestine. He is now at greater risk for further health complications than ever before, because of this he may now heed a second surgery through a specialist..He’s is currently still recovering at the hospital. His discharge date is unknown.

I ask for assistance during this time as the cost for his care has become overwhelming. Our hopes are that he will continue to recover with the help of family, friends, and fellow dog lovers. Thank you for your help in this and thank you for all the kind words and support.
