Help get Katie back in the tack.

As many of you know Katie had a horse flip on her a few days back now and is at sunnybrook hospital. She broke her femur as well as her acetabulum.

Its only hard days ahead for the next few months.

Selfishly those of us at the barn want her positive vibes back, but let’s not forget the horses need her too. She is after all the one who runs the Southern Belle thoroughbred rehoming organization both here at Woodbine and the Fort Erie racetrack.

I myself am a proud person and asking for help isn't my strong suit(it's not Katie's either). There will be many medical expenses involved in her recovery and unfortunately getting hurt doesn't get her out of paying her rent, even if she's not there (imagine that). I know that times are tough for everyone right now so anything helps..

All for the love of horses. We have to be a little crazy.
