I’m asking for help on behalf of my brother-in-law, Kalub Kunik, who is going through a life-threatening health crisis. He's the father of 3 children. We're on a mission to get him better living conditions so he can see his children. His insurance doesn't cover the best places.

He’s been diagnosed with end-stage renal failure and now requires dialysis three times a week. He also lives with Type 1 diabetes and recently spent 6 out of the last 8 months in the hospital due to a serious lung infection that left him dependent on oxygen.

To treat the infection, he underwent major surgery involving a 6-inch chest incision and removal of two ribs to insert a wound vac. On top of everything, he didn’t receive the rehab he needed in the hospital, which caused severe muscle loss. He’s now in a nursing home with not the best living conditions. We're on the path of getting him better living conditions.
