Help get justice for our father Richard Heard!

hello Richard Heard is my father he leaves behind 6 kids and 7 grandchildren my father was one of the best dads that you could have asked for but just like any other human he made mistakes and wasn't perfect but he never deserved to be killed while riding his bike to work pay back the debt he had from taking a trip to bury his father and to visit his kids we are so lost without him and need justice any help would be good to get justice and help the family out thanks in advance !!!!!!
