Help Get Jimmy’s Garage Running Again!

For more than 40 years, Jimmy’s Garage has kept residents and visitors to Ocracoke rolling! As the only car repair shop on the Island, the family-owned business has helped every one of us at one time or another. Now it’s our turn to help our neighbor get up and running again.

Please consider a generous donation to help rebuild a vital resource to our little community after it was flooded with three feet of water from Hurricane Dorian. And worse yet, they do not have flood insurance!

Colony Tire Corporation , Atlantic Tire Distributors and Atlantic Mighty Distributing have generously offered to secure a few of the larger pieces of equipment for Jimmy’s Garage. But it’ll take a village—plus friends from near and far—to get the garage back in running order. 

All money collected will be direct deposited into the Jimmy's Garage account and meticulous records will be kept on all donations.

About the organizers of this fund, Bobby and Robin Turner are homeowners /part time residents on the island. Bobby is an associate of Colony Tire Corp. Robin is a longtime friend of The Jackson’s, and has secured permission from Jamie to start this fundraising effort on his behalf.
