Help Get Jerry Back Home to Eugene Oregon

Hi, my name is Jay, I’m fundraising for my dad Jerry. He’s in the hospital, due to having multi organ failure, sepsis and pneumonia. He was recently transported to Seattle, WA to receive continued care once he was released from ICU. Now we are needing help to get him back home to Eugene Oregon via medical transport. He has an opportunity to transfer to a facility that is in Eugene Oregon, close to his family friends. Once he recuperates, he will need assistance with a wheelchair ramp and any other home improvements as well, so he can be comfortable at home. Any help would be appreciated! My dad is the kindest, most loving man. He is desperately wanting to come home. Thank you!
