Jay needs to move into a wheelchair with a full seat (including a back!) and better acceleration/durability. Additionally, he needs a manual chair lift for the car. Between evolving disability symptoms, Timnah's illness/unemployment, the airline killing one of the older scooters, and Jay's office moving locations, the chair change is necessary.
