Hi there, my name is Jacob – a transmasc person in the UK looking to get top surgery abroad.

Getting this surgery would allow me to have total freedom in my body without the constant worry of dysphoria from my chest getting in the way. It would mean getting to do all the things I love (such as climbing and swimming) without the constant physical struggle and discomfort from binding my chest.

I decided to look for surgery abroad as the prices of surgery in the UK seem far outside of my current economic reach, and even though I am on the NHS GIC waitlist, it would take 7+ years to even get a first appointment.

The money raised will be used as followed:

Full Surgery Care – £3500

Flights (myself + partner) - £160

Hotel for duration of the trip - £350
