Help Get Isiaah Out of Jail
Donation protected
Please help bail our dear friend Isiaah out of jail! Isiaah is a friend, boyfriend, son, grandson, coworker, and mentor who's a recent high-school grad and member of a youth leadership program focused on sustainable farming, anti-oppression training, building community across difference, and food justice. As his former supervisor last year, I got to know Isiaah quite well as he was a valuable member in my "crew". One of the ways I always admired Isiaah was his ability to show up for people in their moments of need. Whenever any of his fellow crew members were going through something, Isiaah ALWAYS noticed and offered his support. Over and over again, Isiaah would astutely point out situations that needed my attending, doing everything in his capacity to meet the needs of the people around him, even as they held very different lived experiences than he did.
Isiaah is such a valuable and important member of our community, and in these desperate times, we need him on the outside showing up for his family, friends, and loved ones. Families are rarely prepared for the financial burden required by bail/bond and incarceration. Isiaah’s girlfriend Janell, and his grandmother Jackie, have been tirelessly working to raise the funds to bail Isiaah out. Please help them raise the $3,925 they need to bail Isiaah out of jail and get him back to his community. Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated.
