Please help support an incredible woman who gives her all every single day.
This past week, my amazing wife—one of the hardest-working and most compassionate people I know—was involved in a terrifying car accident on her way to work. In dangerous blizzard conditions, she hit black ice mixed with slush, which caused her vehicle to be catapulted into a tree in the ditch. By God’s grace, she did not suffer any serious injuries, and we are deeply grateful for that blessing. But the vehicle she had only gotten in September was completely totaled.
My wife works in healthcare, serving others from 6 PM to 6 AM, often picking up extra shifts and working overtime whenever she’s needed. She cares for people during some of their most vulnerable moments. She shows up with kindness, strength, and patience—giving far more than she ever expects in return. She commutes an hour and a half each way every time she works, and she does it without complaint because she knows people depend on her.
Even after the accident, her first concern wasn’t herself. It was how she would get back to the patients who rely on her and how this would affect our family. That is who she is. That is the woman I am so incredibly proud to call my wife.
This situation has left her shaken—not just from the crash, but from the fear of letting others down and the stress of losing her only means of transportation. And to be honest, asking for help like this is very out of character for us. My wife is extremely humble, and she was hesitant about me even creating this GoFundMe. She never asks for anything, even when she needs it. But right now, we truly need support.
Unfortunately, the insurance she had—only comprehensive collision—does not cover the full loss. Losing her reliable vehicle has placed a heavy financial strain on us, and replacing it is something we simply cannot manage on our own.
I am asking for help because she deserves it.
She deserves reliability after all the miles she drives to care for others.
She deserves compassion after giving so much of her own.
She deserves to know that her dedication—both at work and at home—matters.
If you are able to donate, even a small amount, it would truly mean the world to us. Every contribution brings us one step closer to getting her safely back on the road and back to the people who count on her.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for reading her story, for showing kindness, and for supporting a woman who gives so much of herself every single day. We appreciate you more than words can ever express.
