My name is Asmus and I'm writing on behalf of my family. Today my brother woke up to our youngest cat throwing up a lot. He's been taken to the vet and they say he will need surgery or else they will have to put him down. Gizmo is a cherished and playful 2 year old orange cat. He has a 12 year old, older brother named Goofy who has taken good care of him ever since we adopted Gizmo in 2024. They are both emotionally dependent on each other. Goofy has found youthful playfulness after Gizmo entered our lives and they are inseparable. They spend every night huddled together.

The doctors say that he may have ingested an object or it could be organ failure, but they have to do surgery to find out. The money you donate will be going directly to pay for the surgery that he is scheduled for today.
