Help Get George Suttle Home

George is a US citizen that is currently in the ICU at Dartmouth Hospital in Canada. He is in critical need of open heart surgery but is not currently stable enough for the Dartmouth Hospital to perform the surgery. As we wait for him to have surgery, his other organs are beginning to fail.
The hope is for him to have this surgery in the United States, however the only way to get him back to the United States to see a doctor/have surgery is via a Medical Air Ambulance. Sadly, his medical insurance will not cover the cost of a Medical Air Ambulance and he is unable to afford it out of pocket, as it will cost over $20,000. This would be on top of the medical costs he has already incurred during his time in the ICU.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and used to get George back to the United States for his heart surgery.
