Killed by Drunk Driver

Frank Blankenship was killed in West Baton Rouge Louisiana by a drunk driver who was two times over the legal limit. We are unable to cremate his remains because the driver was charged with homicide, therefore, he MUST be buried.
He was a native of North Carolina and loved his hometown. I know in my heart that Frankie would want to be buried there where his two daughters are.
He was a hardworking, loving, and caring man, who would give you the shirt off his back and never ask for anything in return. All I'm asking is help getting him back home.
