Elias Joel Velasquez was killed by a hit and run driver on West Main Rd in Middletown, while on his way home from work. Elias was a hard working family member at Chili's, an amazing father, husband andson and his death has left a huge hole in the lives of his family, community and co-workers. Our wish is to send Joel to his home in San Guyaba, Palencia, Guatemala, where he will be honored and buried by his family.
