Help get Creasey to Melbourne!

Hi my name is Corey Jacobsen (aka Creasey) and I am a 12 year old futsal and soccer player from Bundaberg, Australia.

I have represented Bundaberg and Widebay over the years including FQ Academy, Spartans Academy, Wildcats Futsal and I have been selected for the Widebay 'School Boys' Soccer two years in a row, which has taken me to Townsville and Cairns.

I travel down to Brisbane/Gold Coast every weekend and play both Futsal and Soccer down there. I play for FDP and I am currently playing in the Academy League, my team in the top tier.

Recently I was selected for the Queensland State Futsal and I have been invited to play in the National Futsal Championship in January 2025. This is so far my highest achievement in my sporting career and I am very excited.

I am looking for sponsors to help fund my fee to get me down to Melbourne.

The funding will help pay for the following:

· Air Travel from Bundaberg to Brisbane and Brisbane to Melbourne return.

· Transfers from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne Sports Centres – Parkville.

· Accommodation in Melbourne (6 nights).

· Meals

· State Team Apparel and Travel Clothing.

· Access to a Sports Trainer.

· Pre-tournament Selection and Squad Training prior to departure.
