While Bodhi had an idyllic puppyhood, he experienced troubles after he left my farm. He was severely traumatized on the flight to his original home and presented as deaf when he arrived. The new owners panicked at this misdiagnosis and didn't want him. He was flown a few days later to his new home. The deafness reversed itself and he became (is) fully hearing. He spent the next year and a half with his new owner as a house dog, but she moved a few months ago and is no longer able to care for him.

I have an excellent new home for him with a wonderful couple who are always home on their 20 acre spread. They have some livestock and will be getting more so Bodhi will be able to be the dog he was supposed to be - a Livestock Guardian Dog -. I am confident that they will bring him out of his panicked state through love and a lot of confidence training. 

He will require special handling on his cross country journey but we have an excellent dog trainer/handler that will transport him - we just need help to get him home as the guy isn't cheap (as you can imagine), but he will be worth the extra cost. Hauling a 150+lb, 35" tall, fearful dog will be no easy task, but it will be worth it!
