Anda Mthulu needs a new wheelchair. I met Anda when I travelled to South Africa through a program at Notre Dame where I was working with disadvantaged entrepreneurs in the townships outside of Cape Town. Anda runs a leather goods and shoe shining business with the central goal of employing disabled, marginalized, and vulnerable South Africans. He had his leg amputated in 2011 and is a paraplegic. Anda wheels himself to work every single day and since his chair broke in February, has had a very difficult time getting to work most days. He wheels himself long distances, which is what caused the chair to break. Please help in buying him a new chair so he can continue to work to support his family and community.
