Help get Amy a new wheelchair

My name is Amy Miller. I was born with Marfan Syndrome and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. This causes extreme fatigue, muscle weakness, ect. I only needed to use a chair part of the time but my health has taken a bad turn and I am almost fully dependent on my wheelchair now. Because I experience muscle weakness and have neurological damage which causes my hands to be very weak and have pain and spassams. I cannot have the independence I need and deserve because of this. I cannot leave my house on my own. As a 25 year old working mother this just isn't an option for me. We have found an electric chair that dissesembles so that we can transport it into our vehicle and inside our home. The cost of this chair is just too much for us out of pocket as my medical bills have been way too high. If you can donate or share in hopes that I can have some of my independence back, that would be greatly appreciated.
