Help get Albino Ball python the correct set up

I have been presented with an opportunity to rescue a ball python. Unfortunately no one else can take in the snake, as it is an emergency situation. And whilst I can’t afford it, I am hoping with some help we can get the snake into the appropriate vivarium, whilst we search for his forever home comfortably.
This poor snake has been kept In a plastic tub with none of the things it requires, there was a heat source but with no thermostat which is dangerous. The snake has no hides, no room to move, and to be honest it deserves so much more.
So please help me give this poor abandoned snake the life it deserves!
