Hi everyone,

My name is Adelaide, and I’ve been given the incredible honor of representing Samoa at the FIBA U17 Oceania Championships this December! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete at an international level, showcase my passion for basketball, and proudly wear the Samoan jersey on behalf of my family, my community, and my culture.

Why this means so much

Basketball has been my love since I first picked up a ball. I’ve trained hard, played with heart, and dreamed of moments like this. Being selected to represent Samoa is not just about sport—it’s about identity, pride, and breaking barriers for young Pacific Island athletes.

But international competition comes with costs—travel, accommodation, uniforms, and tournament fees. That’s why I’m reaching out for your support.
