Help get a wheelchair vehicle for Tobi

Hi, my name is Tobi. I am 6 years old. When I was born, I was addicted to drugs (from my birth mom). The doctors did not think I would live, but I am a fighter! And I have God on my side! When I was 5 weeks old, I was placed in foster care, with a family that would eventually get to adopt me! I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, HIE (oxygen depravasion), global development delay, microencephlia and a few others. At 8 months, I was failing to thrive and stopped eating, so I got a g-tube, then at 4 yrs old I got a "VNS" device implanted in my chest to help with my daily seizer which happens mostly when I am sleeping  .I am growing like a weed and am 4 foot tall and weigh 50 lbs! I am a happy girl and I love to go places with my family. However, it is very hard for my mom to pick me up and put me in and out of our van because I am very tall for my age and my mom is very short for her age :P, she is only 4'11"! I can't believe that I am only 6 and only 11 inches shorter then her!!!!  My dad works hard to support my mom and I along with my other 3 siblings, ( I have another sister but she is a big girl and out on her own and married). My siblings are 7 yrs old, 5 yrs old and 2 yrs old.  I have a LOT of dr appointments and stuff each week and having a handicap van would help my mom and dad so much. AND maybe we could even go to a few fun places! Getting a wheelchair van would make such a difference in my life. If you could spare a little extra money toward a handicap van for me, it would be so appreciated, but if you can not spare any extra money I understand.
