Hi everyone, My name is Shandee Lee Taranaki. I am from Manurewa, South Auckland NZ. I have recently moved myself and my children to Sydney, Australia in October 2025 for a better life for them and myself. I am the proudest solo Mum to five kids aged 14, 10, 9, 4 and 3 weeks. My eldest three children grew up and where raised in Manurewa, South Auckland. From birth my children where raised as gym babies in a small local Muay Thai gym "Cambodian Kickboxing" based in Papakura. Over the years I have tried to open new doors and opportunities for them to grow in NZ within the fight game, but as you all know NZ is small. Since being in Australia for the last 3 months, my children have joined their new Muay Thai gym Nitrixx based in Bankstown, Sydney NSW. On the 10th of December 2025 my three eldest children had their first fights in Sydney where they placed in their weight division for the Junior National Kickboxing championship. All three of my children have qualified and been selected to represent the Australian National Kickboxing team at the 2026 WAKO world cup based in Budapest, Hungary.

I am so proud of my children in achieveing this amazing opportunity within a small amount of time. The dedication, hardwork and commitment they have all put in have given them this opportunity to show case their skills on the world stage. With this being said a significant cost also comes with this opportunity and I am please seeking sponsorship and fundraising to help with the cost. The funds raised will go towards return flights, accommodation, fight gear and entry fees per each of my childrens division. Any help is much appreciated, big or small!
