Hello, my name is Gerry.

I'm having some medical issues. The doctor says that I need to have my toe removed to save my foot. In the last 5 years, I have broken my feet 3 times and my ribs once. Now, my toe has gotten infected to the bone.

I usually don't like to ask for help from anyone, but after all these injuries, I have no choice but to beg for money. I am a pizza delivery driver. I make minimum wage plus tips. With the economy the way it is, tips are dwindling to almost nothing. My feet and rib fractures have forced me to take over 12 months off of work in the last 5 years. This has brought my savings down to nothing and put me into debt.

Now, I have to take more time off for my toe to heal after the surgery. I don't know how much the surgery is going to cost me. I don't think it is covered by my insurance through my job. I really need some help. I will be paying doctors bills, back taxes, and regular house hold bills if I meet my goal.
