has been in the hospital since January 12th due to COVID complications which caused COVID Pneumonia. He was slowly getting better, being on antibiotics, steroids, liquids and all types of medications and treatments to make him better.

He was able to leave Methodist Hospital to a rehabilitation center that would help him with his breathing levels and physical therapy. Everything was looking as he would soon be home.

Unfortunately, this past week he took a turn for the worse, he had an infection that was not treated correctly causing him to become septic. He had tachycardia, blood pressure dropped to dangerous level and had fever. He was taken to the ER and eventually admitted to the ICU.

Due to the infection they had to give him a suprapubic catheter which is inserted directly to the bladder through a hole in the abdomen.

He is currently in a lot of pain which is causing him not to have an appetite and he just sleeps.

His Oxygen levels have improved so that is the good news.

Right now he is still hospitalized, out of the ICU, but still being monitor as the infection still needs to be treated. After this, it is expected for him to be transferred to a physical therapy rehab center to help him move and walk on his own as he has been unable to since fallen I’ll from COVID. We don’t know how long he will be needing physical therapy, all the doctors say is that it will be a long road.

We are asking for your help, anything helps. He hasn’t been working since late December and savings are being depleted paying bills and living expenses. Anything helps
