Help Gerardo Reunite with His Family
Donation protected
I’m writing on behalf of a kind and hardworking father who was detained by ICE while doing his job in the ALDI parking lot in Whittier/Santa Fe Springs. He had been working as a landscaper for over 20 years, always doing his part to take care of his family. He has lived in the United States for 26 years, building a life rooted in love, stability, and hard work.
His wife and two children are now facing the hardest moment of their lives. His kids, ages 18 and 19, are both in college hoping to pave the way to a better future.
Our dad has always been the one holding things together. He never missed a movie night with us, never hesitated to offer encouragement or help with school. He is the kind of father who always made time, no matter how long the workday was.
His absence has left a huge emotional and financial gap. Our family relied on him not just for income but for daily support. Right now, we are trying to stay housed, fed, and in school while navigating this sudden loss.
Funds raised will go directly toward:
Rent, food, and basic expenses for his wife and children
Emergency needs during this incredibly difficult time
Our dad has no criminal record. He has always been respectful, kind, and deeply devoted to his family. He deserves care and respect. His family deserves support during this incredibly painful time.
If you’re able to donate or share this fundraiser, it would mean the world. Every bit of support will help this family breathe a little easier while they figure out what comes next.
