Hi, I'm Adam, and together with my husband Channy, we created Georgie’s Walk Up—a coffee and beverage bar in University Heights, Cincinnati, OH. Georgie’s isn’t just a business. It’s a symbol of resilience, love, and community.

Our Journey Georgie’s was born from a deeply personal place. After Adam’s battle with stage 4 lymphoma and months of chemo, we needed to rebuild—not just our health, but our lives. So we poured our hearts into Georgie’s, working tirelessly for 9 months to bring it to life. On August 15, 2025, we opened our doors to the world.

A Community Gem in just four weeks, Georgie’s became a local favorite. UC students embraced it, neighbors gave us glowing reviews, and we installed a custom-designed front door to honor the 110-year history of the space. Every detail was chosen with care, every dollar spent with purpose. We sacrificed personally to make Georgie’s a place for everyone.

Then, Everything Changed on September 12, 2025, our dream was shattered—literally. A smash-and-grab robbery left our custom door destroyed, our lock broken, and essential items stolen. The damage has halted our momentum and deeply impacted our sales during a time when we’re still finding our footing.
