Help Georgia see a neurologist

My name's Georgia and in February my legs stopped working properly. On the day it started my 20 minute to work took me 35 and by the end of the day I couldn't stand on my own and couldn't walk at all.

After spending 3 days in the hospital having tests and scans done I was sent home with no answers and have been signed off of work since then.

If I wait on the NHS I will have to wait at least 9 months for an appointment with a neurologist but if I go private I'll have to spend £300 just for the initial assessment and then I'll be charged for tests and follow up appointments. Unfortunately I don't have the money for that and would like to get back to work or at least have some answers if I'm unable to work.

My condition is getting worse and now my hands are effected, my muscles contract and contort my arms and legs into awkward positions and I can't walk unaided at all.
