My mother Georgia and brothers Blake, Ryan, and Jacob lost everything as their home burned to the ground in the Palisades Fires. Georgia and Blake escaped as the fires roared behind them on Tuesday January 7th. Our entire childhood town is gone. Blake had every item he owned stored at my mother’s house and thankfully was home to help get my mother out. We are devastated and heartbroken. Our family has already been through so much and my mother was rebuilding her life after getting out of a 38 year abusive marriage. Now everything they had is gone including all the things we ever gave or made her throughout our entire lives. Despite this great grief we thank God that they are alive and that they got the family pets out. Please help them rebuild from nothing. Somehow God is working in the midst of this great catastrophe.
