Help George To Fight Another Day

Hi I’m George, I’m an 8 month old miniature Jack Russel and I’m in real need of some help. Last night on my evening walk I had a run in with a very large dog. I think I caught him by surprise and he got a hold of my jaw and didn’t let go. My jaw is completely broken and I need some help so the vets can fix it. My dad is distraught and can’t afford the vet bills on his own so any help would be massively appreciated. I’m a young boy and have so much more life to give. X
