My husband George was diagnosed with MS, and it changed everything for our family. He had to stop working, and now I am the only one providing for us. Our youngest, Jesse, is 15 and still needs our support, while our other children—Corey, Ashleyrose, Austin, Cadierain, Brittany, Theresa, Barry, and Tabitha—are grown and have families of their own. We are blessed with 17 grandbabies, and our home is also filled with love from our three dogs—Lily, Ozzy, and Luna—and three cats—Rainbow, Smokey, and Bale. Three years ago, we bought a house with dreams of making it our home, but it’s still unfinished because we simply don’t have the money to complete it. Every day, the stress of not knowing if we’ll be able to keep our home weighs on us, and we’re at risk of losing everything we’ve worked so hard for.
