Help George and Kelly's Pets Recover
Donation protected
On Wednesday, February 12th, George and Kelly VonMock experienced every homeowner's worst nightmare – a devastating house fire. While George and Kelly were thankfully not at home, their two beloved pets, Marley and Lucy, were inside when the fire broke out. Tragically, their house was a total loss.
Marley and Lucy, both cherished members of George and Kelly’s family, sustained smoke inhalation and are currently receiving urgent care at the veterinary hospital in Ames, Iowa. The cost of their treatment is already climbing, and unfortunately, there is no insurance coverage to help with the expenses. The medical bills for Marley and Lucy are expected to reach $10,000 or more.
While their homeowner's insurance will cover most of the damage to their home and personal possessions, it does not extend to the vital medical treatment their pets desperately need to recover. This is where we’re asking for your support.
Your generous contributions will directly go toward their treatments, medications, and ongoing care to help them fully recover. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a huge difference and help ease some of the financial burden George and Kelly are facing in this challenging moment.
Please consider donating to help George and Kelly provide the care their loyal companions need and deserve. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page with your friends and family would also be incredibly helpful.
Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this difficult time for the VonMock family. Marley, Lucy, George, and Kelly are incredibly grateful for all of your love and generosity.
