Hi, we’re Geoff Burke’s family, and we’re reaching out during the most difficult time of our lives.

Just recently, Geoff was rushed to the hospital and admitted to the Cardiac ICU with congestive heart failure. This diagnosis was completely unexpected—Geoff has always been healthy, active, and full of life. But now, he’s facing a long and uncertain road ahead, with the very real possibility of needing a heart transplant within the next year.

While he fights for his health, we’re doing everything we can to support him. His girlfriend is by his side every day, helping him adapt to the strict lifestyle and dietary changes required. We are all contributing financially and emotionally as much as we can—but the medical costs are beyond what any of us can manage alone.

Geoff has applied for Medicaid, but the process takes time—and the bills are already coming in. Hospital stays, specialist visits, medications, follow-up care, and potential transplant-related expenses are adding up quickly.
