After transferring from Oregon back to California, I found myself starting over in many ways. I’m currently on probation and determined to make positive changes in my life. Recently, I was blessed to land a job in housekeeping at a local hospital. This opportunity means so much to me, and I’m grateful for the chance to work and contribute to my community.

However, I’m facing a big challenge: I don’t have any transportation of my own. Getting to work has been tough, and I’ve had to rely on others for rides. I want to be responsible and independent, but without a way to get to my job, it’s difficult to keep moving forward. That’s why I’m raising funds to purchase a scooter. With a scooter, I’ll be able to get to work on my own, save money, and eventually work toward getting a car.
