Hello. My name is Genesis. I am a disabled Transwoman POC who is struggling to ensure I can maintain my medical care while awaiting an appeal for Long Term Disability.

I have burned through all avenues of assistance, including a loan against my 401K in the meantime, and as a last-ditch effort to ensure I can continue to afford my insulin, pain medications, and HRT... I am turning to the community to try and get me by until things improve.
