Help Geneseo Library Build a Reading Garden

We have finalized plans for a Butterfly Garden, which will be near the Reading Garden. The plants will be native to this area and be enticing to butterflies. There are many educational opportunities here. Won't you help us by making a donation?

The architect's drawing of the finished Reading Garden has now been added here. Please note that the Butterfly Garden is not shown. It will be primarily be on the south end of the library with butterfly-attracting plants that wrap around the south to west sides.

Thanks to the generosity of the community, we have modified our fundraising goal significantly. Supporters have pledged with "payments in kind," enabling us to modify the projected cost.

We are the Geneseo Public Library. We are proud that we were able to build a new library using donated funds.

We are now asking the public to help us build a Reading Garden behind our building that will provide a pleasant environment for young and old to enjoy reading and programs.

Local artists and the Geneseo Garden Club have pledged their support to make this garden a pleasant and unique experience. Will you help us achieve our goal?
