Hello I’m Nichole, Gene’s daughter. As many of you know my dad has been admitted in the hospital for many months due to his very advanced stages of Lewy Body Dementia and now it’s time to bring him back home with hospice. Unfortunately my dad needs a 24/7

caregiver assistance, on top of hospice that insurance doesn’t cover. My dad has had a very rapid decline where he needs help with everyday basic needs like eating, changing clothes and undergarments (diapers), showering and walking (fully in wheelchair now), and even talking. With unfortunate situations arising, he lives with us and we are his caretakers. Please if you can, help us bring my dad home for his final wishes and goodbyes!

Once he is home I would love everyone to come see him and pray over him!!
