Help Gemstone get to Worlds in Florida 2023

Gemstone Cheer and Dance are a Cheerleading and Dance club based in Leigh, Greater Manchester. Over the last (almost) 6 years, we have grown from a single team of young Pom dancers to a club with 14 teams covering four styles of Cheer and Dance with over 150 people aged 2 - Adult.

After the difficulty of the last two years of COVID 19 restrictions, which majorly impacted the clubs’ finances, everyone at the club was determined to make the 2021/22 season a great one for all our members.

We are delighted to say that Season 5 has been a fantastic year!! We have competed at events across England from Stoke to Loughborough and achieved excellent results with all our teams.

To add to this fantastic season, one of our Pom dance teams made up of 10 young girls aged 10- 11 yrs not only got 1st place in their category but also won the Grand champions award at Cheer City in May 22 (highest scoring team performance of the day across all styles of dance/cheer)

This resulted in them being awarded a bid/invitation to compete at the Allstar World Championship in Orlando, Florida, next May 2023.

This is the opportunity of a lifetime for these young people to be offered the chance to go to this prestigious event.

The cost per dancer will be between £1,500 and £2,000, including flights, accommodation, kits, entry fees, music licences, insurance etc.
