GoFundGemma Update

We have an important update on Gemma’s recovery journey.

Gemma recently underwent surgery to have her titanium plate successfully removed, along with 10 screws from her leg. This was a major step forward in her healing. While the plate originally helped stabilize her injury, she now needs focused rehabilitation to regain proper strength and learn to walk straight again.

The next phase of Gemma’s recovery is professional physical therapy, which will help rebuild muscle, correct her gait, and give her the best chance at long-term mobility without pain.

This will be our third GoFundMe for Gemma, and the new fundraising goal is $3,000, which will go directly toward her rehabilitation therapy sessions, follow-up veterinary care, and recovery support equipment.
