It's really hard for me to ask for help and even harder to explain why I need it.

A few months ago, I was diagnosed with Ménière's disease which is incurable. My balance has been affected badly and I keep falling. I fell again and caused a second fracture in my spine. Over a year ago, before I knew why, I fell and fractured my lower lumbar and I had to lie flat for 2 months. The prognosis for this is either surgery or lying flat. I can't work and I currently have used all of my savings to live and now I need help with surviving, paying my rent for the next 4 months, and possible medical expenses. I hope you will help.
