Help Gaza Family Survive War Hardships
Donation protected

My name is Aya Harara

and I am reaching out with a heavy heart and great hope, as my family – my father, mother, husband and children – are in desperate need of your support. Recently, our home and my father’s home where we lived in Gaza were destroyed in the ongoing conflict, leaving us with nothing but the memories we carry.
Our lives changed overnight when an airstrike destroyed our home. We survived, but our belongings and sense of security did not. Every day we face the harsh reality of instability, danger and the scarcity of basic resources such as food and clean water.
To move safely and start over, we need to raise $30,000. This amount covers the $5,000 required per person to cover emergency travel expenses and relocation to a safe area.
Our immediate priority is to find a safe place where we can recover from the trauma and begin to rebuild our lives. We ultimately aim to provide work for my husband, health insurance, special needs for the children, healthy food and toys for the children, and in the midst of war, these are impossible to access. Any assistance beyond our immediate needs will support these long-term goals.
How you can help:
1. Donate: Every little bit helps and brings us closer to safety.
2. Share: Please share our story with your network. The more people who know, the more help we can receive.
3. Advice and connections: If you have guidance or contacts that can help us with the transition and resettlement, we would appreciate your support.
The fear and uncertainty we live with every day is overwhelming, but your support can light our way to a safer life. With your help, we can hope for a future where we can thrive, not just survive. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, prayers, and support.
