HELP GATSBY GET SURGERY

Our favourite Boof has had an unfortunate and quite severe accident. While out having one of his signature majestic Gatsby-like spints he snapped a ligament in his left knee. The professionals are calling it a "complete rupture" which sounds rather serious, because it is.

In full transparency, we have been quoted just over $7200 for the surgery alone, and as this is a time-sensitive situation, we are hoping to get him into surgery by January. The longer we wait, the more strain he will put on the rest of his leg and his other knee. Not getting surgery leaves a strong likelihood that he would tear ligaments in his other knee, and contract crippling painful arthritis. So that isn't an option for us.

Gatsby has been a communally loved dog, who has brought so much joy to so many folks. We are hoping that we can all band together to support our boy's surgery so he can run like a silly derp again.
