My dog Gatsby has been experiencing pain for the past 10 months, and it’s been a heartbreaking journey trying to help him. I’ve taken him to his regular vet, emergency specialists, physical therapists, and even a neurologist. We’ve done x-rays, countless physical exams, tried every medication suggested, and completed 8 weeks of crate rest. Gatsby has also gone through 6 weeks of physical rehab and laser therapy, and I even purchased a laser therapy mat for at-home treatments. We’ve tried chiropractic adjustments and Adequan shots, but nothing has brought him lasting relief.

Every vet agrees that Gatsby is in pain, but no one can tell me why or how to help him. His pain is starting to turn into aggression, and the last thing I want is to be forced to say goodbye to my boy when I haven’t done everything I can to help him. The only option left is to get an MRI, which will hopefully give us the answers we need. The funds raised will go toward the MRI, the necessary consults, the radiologist’s reading, and the overnight hospital stay. This is Gatsby’s last chance to get the help he needs and the relief he deserves.
