Hello, this is Gary Vaccaro. I am writing to all of you in hopes that you consider donating what ever your heart feels to assist me in my upcoming medical and travel expenses. I have been diagnosed with renal cell cancer that will require specialized care at Mass General Hospital. The treatment plan will include surgery, followed by chemotherapy and radiation. As a result, I will be making multiple trips back and forth from Nantucket to Boston.
