Help my friend, Gary, through a medical crisis

Meet Gary - a talented photographer and videographer. I've had the privilege of working with Gary for the last two years for all of my real estate photography projects. His skill behind the lens is truly exceptional. I've gotten to know Gary on a personal level and really appreciate not just our professional relationship but also our friendship.

Recently, life took an unexpected turn for Gary. For several months, he battled severe back pain, which I witnessed firsthand during my real estate photoshoots. One day, he lost all feeling in his legs and had to be rushed to the ER. The diagnosis was a not what he was expecting; a tumor in his upper spine that had to be removed through emergency surgery. The procedure involved replacing three vertebrae, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down and over 3 weeks in the hospital. The doctors think that with continued physical therapy, Gary has a chance of regaining movement in his legs and will be able to learn to walk again.

The road to recovery is a challenging one, and as a self-employed business owner, Gary faces a unique set of hurdles. Health insurance, unfortunately, doesn't cover all the expenses, and his income has come to a standstill during his rehabilitation.

That's where we, as a community, can make a world of difference. I've set up this fundraiser to help alleviate the financial burdens that Gary and his family are facing. Our goal is to assist them in covering their daily living expenses and monthly rent while Gary goes through physical therapy.
