This all began during a frightening road rage incident in Nebraska, Gary was being aggressively threatened and feared for his safety. In an effort to protect himself, he told the aggressor that he would defend himself if necessary. The other party then called the police, twisting the truth, and now Gary is facing criminal charges for simply trying to protect himself in a terrifying situation.
