In January, I experienced a serious accident when I fell off a roof, resulting in 10 fractured ribs and four broken vertebrae. The injuries were severe enough that I needed spinal fusion surgery in April 2025. The recovery process was long and challenging, but I am grateful to say that I am finally healthy again and ready to move forward.

Just last week, I started a new full-time job, which is a huge step for me after everything I’ve been through. However, catching up on bills from my recovery period has left me short on rent this month. My rent is now past due, and my first paycheck won’t arrive for another two weeks. I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet, but I need a little help to bridge the gap.
