I’m creating this GoFundMe for my sister and her family during an incredibly difficult season of life. Over the past several weeks, they’ve been hit with more than anyone should have to manage at one time.

Her significant other, Garrett, is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. While focusing on his health and treatment, my sister has also been caring for her daughter, Lexi, who has Type 1 juvenile diabetes and has had back-to-back eye surgeries over the past three weeks. The emotional toll alone has been overwhelming — and on top of that, the medical bills, missed work, travel, and everyday expenses have created an immense financial strain.

Right now, they are doing everything they can just to get through each day. Any help — whether it’s a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or simply keeping them in your thoughts — would mean more than words can express. Every contribution will go directly toward medical expenses, household bills, and basic necessities so they can focus on healing and taking care of one another.
